APPROVAL OF EXPULSION CASE NO 15-210

Description

The student listed in Expulsion Case No 15-210 is in violation of an accepted settlement agreement for Alternative School Placement due to non-enrollment. On January 30, 2015 the student violated School Board Policy 5.32 Off Campus Felony. It is the recommendation of Superintendent that the student be expelled from Sarasota County Schools until January 5, 2016.

Recommendation
That in accordance with provisions of Sections 1006.07(1)(a)(b), Florida Statues and School Board Policy 5.34, the holding of a hearing having been waived by the student/parent, the recommendation as specified in Expulsion Case No 15-210, to expel the student referenced therein from the Sarasota County Schools, be approved effective immediately until January 5, 2016.
